REFUND POLICIES

1. HOW MUCH TIME DO I HAVE TO MAKE A REFUND?

You have the legal right to change your mind about your purchase within 14 days and to receive a refund for our products purchased online. If you wish to cancel an order after changing your mind, you are required to notify us of your decision within 48 hours from the date of receipt of the last article and to return the articles within 14 days from the date of notification of cancellation of the order. Shipping costs are not refunded. In the event that you receive an unwanted or defective item, we will let you know whether to return the item and if you wish to exercise your legal right to refuse the item, you will need to send it back to us. Please return unsuitable items in their original packaging.

2. HOW LONG WLL IT TAKE TO PROCESS THE REFUND?

It is our policy to treat returns and refunds as quickly as possible. We will process your return within 14 days from the date of receipt (by us) of the items or (if this occurs sooner) within 14 days from the date of receipt of proof of dispatch of the items from you. If you are an EU resident customer and have returned defective items, we will process your refund within 14 days from the date we ascertain your right to a refund. If, after the aforementioned period of time, you have not yet received your refund, please contact us (with proof of postage issued by the relevant post office, if available). We will take care of it.

3. HOW CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?

Happy Maymun reserves the right to only accept returns that comply with all of the following conditions: the details of the order and the items to be returned must be present in the return request email. Each item must be returned including all original labels, packaging and accessories received with the order. The returned goods must not show signs of use or be altered in any way (worn, washed, etc ...). The goods must be returned in the same condition in which they were shipped and packaged appropriately. Happy Maymun reserves the right not to accept the returned goods if the return does not comply with the terms and conditions set out in the return policy. In this case, this will be communicated via email and it will be possible to choose whether to have the purchased products returned at their own expense or, otherwise, Happy Maymun will process the items without refunding the relative cost. To return your package, please follow the procedure below:

  • Repack the items in their original packaging without removing their tags and labels.

  • Place the Happy Maymun address label on the top of the delivery note on the address label.

  • Return the package by going to any post office and keep the shipping receipt. The package must not be sent in a manner that does not provide for the issue of a shipping receipt (Paccocelere 1 or Express Courier).

  • Please keep your shipping receipt as this will serve as proof of return.

4. WHAT IS THE COST TO SHIP BACK A PURCHASE?

The return costs are at your expense, except in the case of defective products.

We point out that, except in the case of defective products, we will have the right to recover the direct costs incurred for the recovery of the items at your address. In this case, we will be able to deduct these costs from the refunded amount.

5. HOW CAN I SEND BACK A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT?

  1. If you receive a defective item and want to be refunded, please contact us via the chat on the happymaymun.it website or send an emal to happymaymunmilan@gmail.com, indicating your order number, the name / product code of the item and the details of the problem so that we can conduct our own investigation. We will reply to you within 48 hours of receiving your communication. 

  2. Please return the item to us by following the procedure indicated in section 3 'How can I return an item?'

We will investigate the defective item and contact you via email within a reasonable time to notify you whether or not the refund has been accepted.

6. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO BE REFUNDED?

If you wish to return an item, we will refund you within 14 days from the date we send you the email confirming that you are eligible for a refund. The right to a refund is conditional on whether the returned item reaches us within the 7 day return period or is defective. Defective items returned will be refunded in full, in addition to the reimbursement of the shipping costs of the same. However, if there are other items in the same order besides the defective one, the shipping costs will not be refunded. In the event that we do not receive the returned goods, you will be asked to show the shipping receipt as proof. In the event that you are unable to show the shipping receipt, we reserve the right not to proceed with the refund. The reimbursement of the sums received normally takes place through the same payment method you used to proceed with the purchase.

7. IS IT POSSIBLE TO CHANGE AN ITEM?

Sure, but the shipping costs are at your expense.
